Stanley M. Diver, Founder & President
Stan Diver has over 35 years of experience in business, including line and management positions with Procter and Gamble and several closely-held businesses. He has lead businesses through multiple generational transitions (G1, G2, and G3) including his family’s successful third generation auto dealership, real estate development and property management businesses. As a Vistage chair for six years, he facilitated a group of CEOs and business leaders in the greater Wilmington area and did one-on-one monthly coaching meeting with each.

Stan has also guided his cross-branch family business and its leadership team through a wide range of challenges and crises. This experience covers the spectrum expected in managing a retail and service business with $50 million in annual sales, as well as the unexpected—loss of the company’s main facility due to fire, and the inevitable—transitioning management and ownership. In addition, Stan has helped many business leaders through critical organizational and personal challenges.

Stan possesses an exceptional ability to help people unlock what they already know, allowing them to see things in new ways and recognize opportunities they don’t see. He sensitively, yet persuasively, initiates critical but difficult conversations. From issues of governance to transitions, to social responsibility, to leading in a crisis, Stan Diver has the experience and skill to be a key advisor and partner.

Stan’s professional and community affiliations are broad and deep. Community board memberships include PAWs for People (Current Chair), Wilmington Rotary (Past President), Ronald McDonald House of Delaware (Past President), Delaware Futures (Past President), Tower Hill School, Trinity Parish, and the Brandywine Zoo.
